Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older .
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems .
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer-focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center.
  • Previous experience in state or federal work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings.
