Bilingual Health Educator PRN (19 hrs./week) This position covers multiple counties including Erie, Jefferson, Forest, Clarion, Venango, Warren, Crawford, Merger, Lawrence, Butler Under the supervision of the Outreach Coordinator, the health educator is responsible for providing various health screening services, risk reduction counseling, and health education to migrant and seasonal farmworkers at their homes, farms, labor camps and other outreach settings. The health educator will work with the Regional Office Manager-Outreach Coordinator to refer and assist farmworkers in accessing medical and community resources to meet their health needs.
