About The Position

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Department of Education Instructional License
• Bilingual Endorsement (Spanish) issued by the NJDOE
• Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in an academic setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in both English and Spanish
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learners
• Assess and monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Support language development and academic achievement for bilingual students
• Encourage active participation and critical thinking skills
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and school administration
