As a Fleet Coordinator at Lewis Services, you’ll: Serve as the division point of contact for fleet and DOT-related needs Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs Obtain and communicate vendor estimates for approval Maintain accurate records and upload documentation to asset systems Coordinate logistics for equipment transfers and disposals Train crews on Fleet/DOT compliance and perform Gate Checks Manage annual inspections with preferred vendors Track rentals and identify internal alternatives Monitor manufacturer recalls and ensures timely resolution Expedite repairs for out-of-service units Manage telematics and dashcam hardware repairs Serve as fuel program contact and trainer Train crew leaders on operator-level equipment maintenance Conduct field training on inspections, maintenance, cargo securement, and safe driving Review spending for cost-saving opportunities and warranty recovery Monitor and optimize asset utilization Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Carry out other duties as assigned
