Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year F&I experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule to meet business demands

Responsibilities

• Secure competitive finance and lease terms while maximizing profitability
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
• Partner closely with lenders to structure strong approvals
• Ensure complete accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Work seamlessly with sales to move customers efficiently from deal to delivery
