This role is responsible for executing sales strategies through direct engagement at events, promoting products and services to prospective customers. The position involves leveraging industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to drive sales, build relationships, and enhance brand visibility. The Specialist works independently to meet sales goals while adhering to company policies and operational standards. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience
  • Skills: Communication, Customer Experience (CX), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Product Positioning, Relationship Maintenance, Sales Execution

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and attending sales events to promote products and services to potential customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with event organizers and prospective clients
  • Communicating product features and benefits effectively to diverse audiences
  • Monitoring and reporting on event performance metrics and sales outcomes.
  • Supporting the implementation of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining a professional brand presence at events
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
