As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first voice families hear when they begin one of the most important decisions of their parenting journey. Requirements

  • Strong sales ability with a genuine passion for connecting families to meaningful educational experiences
  • Confident, empathetic communicator who can build trust quickly with parents
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple families through the enrollment journey simultaneously
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • 4+ years in an inside sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Intellikids or other CRM platform experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with prospective families, listening to their goals and matching them to our program
  • Guide parents through the enrollment process via phone, email, and virtual outreach using our CMS platform
  • Represent our program at local community events
  • Use your sales experience to turn curiosity into confidence — and enrollments
