You will provide leadership to the Enrollment Department at assigned site(s) and maximize patient enrollment in insurance and discount programs in accordance with federal and state laws and regulation. You will be responsible for providing effective leadership and oversees the duties and functions of the Enrollment staff and ensures that all departmental activities are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality to ensure Clinica’s full compliance with federal and state regulations. In addition, the Enrollment Manager will support the following core management functions in support of Clinica’s core values.
