About The Position

At Prospera Credit Union, we want members of all languages to feel valued and find their path to financial success by working as our Bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Branch Operations, the Branch Manager leads branch performance through exceptional member experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role drives growth by building strong relationships, collaborating across departments, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Prospera's values.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in financial services, branch operations, or retail management
• Strong ability to drive growth, performance, and relationship development
• Knowledge of banking regulations, operational best practices, and coaching principles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of related financial or retail experience; minimum 1 year in a leadership role
• High school diploma or GED required
• The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is required for this opportunity.
