We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Employee Relations professional to join the team in Texas, with travel to regional project sites. This role is a hands-on HR partner supporting field employees and supervisors, focused on employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Do as the Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Employee Relations: Serve as the on-site HR resource for employees and supervisors across active job sites Investigate employee concerns and lead conflict resolution efforts with professionalism and discretion Advise leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and HR policy application Regularly walk job sites to engage with employees and assess workplace conditions Escalate complex or sensitive issues to corporate HR when appropriate Support performance review cycles and participate in employee evaluations Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees and supervisors Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation Educate employees on benefits and assist during open enrollment Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain required postings on-site Recommend and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience
