Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and the Associate Director of Community Services, the Bilingual Clinical Case Manager provides direct case management and therapeutic services in accordance with professional, legal, and ethical standards, as well as the mission and values of the YMCA of San Francisco. This role uses a client-centered and solution-focused approach to support youth involved in the juvenile justice system and their families. The primary goal is to help prevent further system involvement for first-time offender youth by promoting emotional well-being, improving life functioning, and supporting future planning. The position requires active participation in meetings and trainings and consistent delivery of high-quality client services. Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with some flexibility).
