Investigate Digital Banking fraud alerts Communicate with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and Corporate Security using phone, email, and pre-scripted letters Complete tasks accurately and timely Make decisions on routine issues and complete assigned tasks in accordance with company policy, department procedures and assigned approval limits Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Other tasks as assigned Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Position level dependent upon experience FNBT is an Equal Opportunity Employer
