Full-time, temporary position Duties · Provides reception support. Answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately. · Provides administrative support to the health screening services team, including but not limited to paper workflows and data entry. · Travel off site to provide services. · Delivers patient screening results to employers and their employees in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. · Organizes and ensures a smooth transition of patient documents and files using Dropbox and Formstack. · Other duties as assigned.
