About The Position

Are you patient, friendly, and love talking to people? Join Verda Healthcare! We are looking for bilingual individuals to support our Medicare members. This is primarily a phone-based role where you will help our senior members understand their benefits and answer their questions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in English/Spanish OR English/Chinese.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Personality: Patience is key! You should enjoy speaking with seniors and providing clear, helpful information.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls: Help senior members with questions about their healthcare benefits and claims.
  • Support & Educate: Guide patients and providers through the Medicare process over the phone.
  • Occasional In-person Interaction: While most work is via phone, you may occasionally assist members who visit our office.
