About The Position

Primary responsibilities include processing product orders and answering customer inquiries over the telephone

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Verbal and Written)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have at least two years of any customer service experience
  • Ability to actively listen and pay attention to detail
  • Service oriented mentality, demonstrating interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service-related performance standards
  • Ability to establish and prioritize objectives to manage time and resources appropriately
  • Maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone, while working with a variety of personnel

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle all calls and electronic communication
  • Process incoming orders and resolve issues
  • Learn JDS products and processes to better serve customers
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
  • Accurately enter all information regarding customers and orders
  • Offer recommendations during the ordering process to completely fulfill customer needs
  • Generate call-back messages for quality assurance
  • Attend paid training and meetings
