Bilingual Customer Service Representatives handle customer requests by making and receiving calls about inquiries and complaints regarding rates, billing, service issues, collections, etc. in a proactive, positive and professional manner. The typical work schedule is determined by our management team and can vary considerably throughout the year. Work may include, but not be limited to: Communicating with and assisting our customers via the phone and in person in English and Spanish Collecting, confirming, analyzing, and summarizing information and data from various sources Operating office machines not limited to copy machines, fax machines, computers, and telephone equipment Preparing and maintaining files and reports
