About The Position
Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position in Springdale. Candidates must be able to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties. The position will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Arisa Health's intake of all new and returning clients. As part of the Arisa Health service delivery system, the Customer Service Representative will provide an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way. The Bilingual CSR will also provide interpreting services for Arisa associates who are working with Spanish-speaking clients and their family members. Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Arisa Health is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
- Candidates must be able to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records
- Accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place
- Reconciling reports within the Electronic Medical Record and working with therapists and other staff members on problems related to weekly reports and billing issues
- Timely answering of all phone calls and inquiries from clients or other staff members
- Provide interpreting services for Arisa associates who are working with Spanish-speaking clients and their family members
