The Bilingual Customer Support Representative provides technical support to our customers who may be experiencing issues with their internet service, setting up WiFi, wanting to turn on some features or simply have a question about their bill. Success in this role requires a well-rounded individual with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and keen interested in helping customers by resolving their trouble. Schedule: The schedule for this position is: Sunday: 10:00am- 6:30pm EST Monday-Thursday: 12:00pm-8:30pm EST The first two weeks will consist of in office training. The training schedule will be: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm EST The schedule is non-negotiable.
