About The Position

ALL IN ONE Employment is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative with advanced Excel skills to support clients and internal operations in the Miami area. Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions (English & Spanish)
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing efficiently and professionally
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, generate reports, track customer information, and analyze trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative support tasks
  • Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency
  • Follow company policies and ensure high service standards
