About The Position
The leading home care company in Missouri is seeking a bilingual (Bosnian/English) customer service coordinator in the South County area. Assessing daily needs based on open shifts Undertake and implement various staffing solutions Placement of newly hired employees Able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. Ideal candidate will have experience in hiring and onboarding new employees Must be an excellent communicator, strong customer service, and computer skills. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- Bilingual Bosnian/English
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong knowledge of computer, data entry, and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve customer service processes
- Experience in building relationships over the phone
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hiring and onboarding new employees
- Home Care or other health care knowledge is preferred
