About The Position

At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care , we recognize the importance of culturally responsive care and clear communication. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual CNA or HHA (Spanish/English) to provide one‑on‑one in‑home support to patients and families in the Davenport, FL area. This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who are confident working independently, value professionalism, and take pride in delivering compassionate care while communicating effectively with Spanish‑speaking patients.

Requirements

A minimum of two (2) years of paid home‑health experience is required
Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas
Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment
Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages
