Bilingual Clinical Manager Full Time The Agricultural Worker Program (AWP) is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Manager to join the team. The Bilingual Clinical Manager will manage and coordinate the clinical operations of the office and supervise the clinical staff. Works in collaboration with the Medical Director (Clinical), the AWP Director (Administrative), and the Outreach Coordinators to ensure operational success of outreach activities and clinic-based activities. Serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance, communication, and interactions with other employees and patients. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting (MA) program or an LPN program.
  • Preferably two years of experience in Primary Care and/or Community Health.
  • Must have knowledge of, and the ability to provide, services in a manner that is culturally appropriate for the farmworker community.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification OR current Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current PA Driver’s license.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.

Nice To Haves

  • LPN licensure is preferred, but experienced Medical Assistants are also encouraged to apply.
