The Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for client's across a national portfolio. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction retention, account growth, and service excellence by aligning our workforce solutions with customer business needs. The Client Success Manager partners closely with sales, operations, associate care and finance to ensure consistent delivery, proactive issue resolution, and creatively identifies opportunities to grow our current associate base at client sites. The position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the pace and complexity of commercial staffing. Given our nationwide footprint, it is critical that this role can support and drive improved delivery and relationships virtually as well as travel – up to 30% as needed, to client sites.
