About The Position

The Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for client's across a national portfolio. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction retention, account growth, and service excellence by aligning our workforce solutions with customer business needs. The Client Success Manager partners closely with sales, operations, associate care and finance to ensure consistent delivery, proactive issue resolution, and creatively identifies opportunities to grow our current associate base at client sites. The position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the pace and complexity of commercial staffing. Given our nationwide footprint, it is critical that this role can support and drive improved delivery and relationships virtually as well as travel – up to 30% as needed, to client sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer success, staffing/workforce solutions, or related field.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required including professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience analyzing account performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ATS systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key contacts at multiple levels with clients and serves as primary point of contact, focusing on client retention and organic growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers with varying needs, ensuring consistent delivery across multiple clients and locations.
  • Partner with operations team who support order fulfillment to ensure alignment between sales, customer success, sourcing and associate care.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss fill rates, retention, attendance, turnover, safety and service levels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of workforce and market trends, regional labor conditions and client-specific operational challenges.
  • Monitor account health using business intelligence data and client feedback and identifies risks early and partners both internally with operations and externally with client to drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with sales on renewals, pricing discussions, contract alignment and strategic account planning.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the client, coordinating cross-functional resources to address escalations and improve outcomes.
