A Case Manager interacts with customers/stakeholders in support of access and affordability programs, managing complex reimbursement and other patient care challenges with autonomy, and provides a positive customer experience. A Case Manager is thought of as a subject matter expert. Together with others they manage one or more elements that contribute to the success of the program(s) within their designated specialization. You will work under immediate supervision, ensure customer/stakeholder satisfaction by assisting, researching and responding to questions, inquiries and concerns, providing proper information in a timely fashion and in a manner that promotes continued business. You will uncover and communicate insights, obsess over the customer experience, and make us smarter and faster to help patients get the medication they need to live healthy lives.
