Jasco is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Care Tech Specialist that wants to go above and beyond for our customers! Shift is 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Call center hours are 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. $16.70-$17.20 per hour Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving to always exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products. Fluent written/spoken English and Spanish In this role you will handle phone calls from customers and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues. As a specialist you will receive training on all Jasco’s products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices. Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
