Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with sales inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the sales department
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Nissan brand positively
