About The Position

Oversees, coordinates and administers appropriate and/or required testing of students as directed by administrator. Maintains all state, district, school and program testing documentation accurately and in a timely manner Communicates regularly with the administrator overseeing building assessments Works flexible hours during peak assessment windows Works in partnership with assessment staff including, District Assessment Supervisor, school administration, facilitators, and paraeducators Distributes appropriate reports and data to staff in a timely manner Attends and participates in the district's monthly facilitator meetings as required Works within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality Performs other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position. Requirements

  • AA Degree or 2 years at an instutition of higher education; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
  • Ability to proficiently read, speak and write both Spanish and English
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service and responsiveness
  • Ability to use a variety of computer software programs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with staff, students, and patrons
  • Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional cooperative working relationships
  • Demonstrated punctuality and an excellent work attendance record
  • Must work within designated bounds of authority and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate and model above average language skills
  • Ability to follow supervisory directions and employ personal initiative when necessary
  • Passing score on district administered bilingual test.
