About The Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. In this role, you will manage orders and own accounts for global clients, primarily in South America. Requirements

  • Spanish-speaking is a MUST (Fluent in Spanish and English).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, order entry, or client services.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • High school diploma (minimum).
  • Ability to manage a territory and build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent email communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying correct parts.
  • Manage order entry and create quotes using SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping timelines, and documentation via email.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records for global accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in Argentina and internal teams for bilingual communication.
  • Support approximately 500 customers per territory (mix of repeat and one-time orders).
  • Participate in weekly product training sessions with the engineering team.
