WHAT YOU’LL DO Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. Practice, support and promote the Security Department mission statement. Observe and responds to emergencies, incidents, procedure violations, criminal, and other activities as they occur. Document and prepare accurate and complete written records and reports in response to incidents, procedure violations, or criminal activities as responded to, observed and/or witnessed. Interact with guests, vendors, suppliers, and team members to maintain a safe and friendly environment. Assist guests, team members and visitors within the guidelines set by the department. Safeguard’s property assets. Ensure proper handling of confidential information, reports, incidents, and materials. Monitor team member’s vehicles as well as ensuring they park in the proper designated areas. Issue parking violation notices to team members who have violated the parking policy. Operate company vehicle. May serve as training officer to new security staff, while maintaining and exhibiting excellent guest service Required to complete various training programs, such as CPR, first aid, defensive tactics, etc. after hire. Required to attend bicycle patrol training course and be able to perform all required motor skills. Monitor and reports on the condition of each security vehicle, bike, and equipment. Maintain and repair their bicycle. May testify in court as needed in regard to MCR related incidents. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel. Engage guests, team members and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Performs other duties as assigned.
