Bike & Paddle Rental Technician, Tamarack Lodge - Summer

Assist guests with all aspects of summer rental process for bikes and water sports at Tamarack. Rental functions will include: providing information, selling town bike rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, PFD & fitting, retail products, taking deposits, basic servicing of bikes & kayaks, providing an overview of water sport safety & trail recommendations based on ability. Risk management through adherence to service standards, education of guests, accurate recording of information and signatures to manage liability. Maintain and improve the resort experience through assisting guests in numerous aspects of our summer operations.
Requirements
- High School GED or equivalent
- Able to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- An ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
- Mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities.
- Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds.
- A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment is a prerequisite for this position.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Basic computer skills are a requirement.
- Must be able to haul kayaks & paddle boards in and out of water.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outdoorindustry preferred
