About The Position

We are seeking a technically focused leader to head Biddable Media & Paid Media Operations and to lead the execution, infrastructure, and optimization of our paid media programs, with a strong emphasis on Google marketing and ad tech ecosystem. This role owns the technical foundation of biddable media — from ad trafficking and platform architecture to tagging, tracking, and measurement. You will serve as the operational authority for DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, ensuring campaigns are implemented accurately, scaled efficiently, and measured correctly. This is a leadership role in the paid practice and is for someone who thrives in the details, understands how systems and data power performance, and is excited to help architect and scale Prosek’s paid media capabilities to our next chapter of continued growth. Requirements

  • 6-10 years of paid media experience with deep expertise in biddable media operations and ad tech.
  • Hands-on mastery of DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong background in ad trafficking, tagging, tracking, attribution, and analytics implementation.
  • Experience building and scaling paid media operations in an agency or high-growth publishing environment.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Experience leading all or part of a team and establishing operational best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within professional services (financial services, consulting, insurance, technology, pharma) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical strategy and execution for biddable media, with a primary focus on DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Ads.
  • Lead all aspects of ad trafficking, including campaign setup, placement and audience structure, creative implementation, QA, and launch readiness.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for Campaign Manager 360, including floodlight configuration, creative hosting, ad serving, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Partner closely with media strategists to implement bid strategies, pacing controls, and optimization frameworks across DV360 and Google Ads.
  • Provide day-to-day technical oversight of paid campaigns, ensuring alignment to KPIs, budgets, and business goals.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end tagging and tracking frameworks using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Own UTM governance, event taxonomy, and data hygiene standards across all paid media channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking discrepancies across ad platforms, analytics tools, and reporting environments.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and data governance standards related to paid media measurement and attribution.
  • Build, document, and standardize paid media operational workflows to support scalable, repeatable execution across clients.
  • Oversee platform integrations, reporting automation, and data flows across the Google tech stack.
  • Design and implement internal processes to ensure proper financial management, pacing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs tied to delivery accuracy, performance integrity, and measurement quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of biddable media and ad operations specialists, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Act as the technical counterpart to client-facing media strategists, analytics teams, and account leadership.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Google reps and third-party technology partners.
  • Lead and improve monthly reporting processes in partnership with junior team members.
  • Synthesize data, analyze results, and translate platform-level insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations.
  • Present technical performance and results in a clear, impactful way to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay current on changes across the Google marketing ecosystem, including platform updates, betas, and evolving measurement capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and performance.
  • Support new business efforts, including RFP responses, proposals, and client pitches, as a paid media technical expert.
