Purpose of the Position The Biddable Intern will join the Biddable Media team to support a variety of projects associated with the planning, activation, and optimization of digital media campaigns for the Inspire brands portfolio. Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide. Requirements

  • Enrolled in a 4-year college/university (preferably at the Junior or Senior-level)
  • Major: Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
  • Passion for advertising, marketing, and/or analytics
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Willingness to learn all things digital media
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • A detail-oriented approach and a desire to achieve objectives accurately
  • Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability
  • Ability to learn new systems and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Support the Biddable Team’s Associate Managers and Digital Media Specialists with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaign planning, execution, & analysis
  • Contribute to internal Biddable Industry Newsletters & POV’s, identifying industry trends & new products relevant to Inspire Brands (ex: Artificial Intelligence, CHATGPT, emerging channels, etc.
  • Provide ongoing creative and spend/pacing reports
  • Engage with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and billing discrepancies
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn new systems and workflows
  • Partner with the finance and AP teams to ensure invoices are processed accurately
  • Partner with the analytics team to measure the impact of ongoing campaigns and the effectiveness of the media plans
