Job Summary Veo is seeking a Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technician to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance, auto repair, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology for daily tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automotive repair
- Basic knowledge of electronics or electric vehicles
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or field operations
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on electric bikes and scooters (from minor adjustments to component replacements)
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure safety standards are met
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Track and log maintenance and repair records using internal systems
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace
- Support field operations as needed, including battery swaps and vehicle redistribution
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
