What You’ll Do As a Bi-lingual Auto Lending Expert, you’ll provide high-quality service to both internal and external members by delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous support through phone and online channels. Requirements
- Experience in auto lending, consumer lending, or a related financial services role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly and respectfully
- A results-oriented mindset balanced with a commitment to ethical, member-first service
- Ability to work efficiently in a phone- and internet-based lending environment

Responsibilities
- Identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate auto lending solutions
- Process and decision loan applications received by phone and online internet requests
- Deliver consistent, professional service that strengthens member trust and long-term relationships
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support lending goals and operational excellence
