Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data or Business Analyst with a strong command of SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Extensive expertise with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes using tools like Alteryx or Tableau Prep to streamline data workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining techniques, or predictive modeling.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-impact analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated data models and interactive dashboards to visualize trends and support strategic initiatives.
• Proactively audit data integrity and accuracy, ensuring our global reporting suite remains the "single source of truth" for the organization.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven optimizations and work closely with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Stay at the forefront of the industry by exploring emerging BI technologies and promoting a sophisticated culture of data-driven decision-making.
