About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to drive strategic business decisions. Build and maintain data models to support BI initiatives and deliver data-driven insights. Write, execute, and optimize T-SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and data capture. Create and maintain stored procedures and update tables to ensure efficient data handling. Collaborate with senior team members to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Support business users by providing training and guidance on Power BI and related BI tools. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting by adhering to established processes. Perform ad-hoc analysis, perform EDA, and create reports or presentations using Excel, Python, SSRS, or other tools as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement data systems and processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Information Systems) or demonstrated relevant work experience. 1+ years of hands-on SQL development experience, including writing queries, creating stored procedures, and performance tuning. [Required] 1+ years of experience in Power BI development, designing dashboards and reports. [Required] Proficiency with data modeling techniques to design and optimize data structures for analysis. [Required] Familiarity with Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis- or Exposure to R is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Interest in data science and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning concepts. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices. Proactive mindset with an eagerness to tackle challenges and grow. Ability to work effectively with datasets, seeking guidance when necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels.
