About The Position

Responsible for completing intakes, providing individual therapy, and crisis intervention as needed to individuals in the outpatient behavioral health program across all Unison sites. Anticipated Schedule: Will work Monday - Thursday @ 10 hours/day.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position.
  • Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Free clinical supervision available
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
  • Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
  • Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment.
  • Possess advanced clinical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
