About The Position
Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Will perform case management duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, with one year case-management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be 21 years old to apply.
- Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance and have a driving record with no more than 6 points.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Will work Monday-Thursday @ 10-hour days
