About The Position

Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Will perform case management duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 3+ years customer service experience, preferably in human services, with one year case-management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years old to apply.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance and have a driving record with no more than 6 points.
• Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
• Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
• Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
