About The Position

The Warehouse Beverage Assistant is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in all operations and logistics related to beverage management, warehousing, and distribution of products. This includes maintaining inventory records, coordinating logistics, conducting inventory counting and rotation, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the beverage warehouse. Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, and bend for 4 to 5 hours at a time.
  • Basic knowledge of reading chemical labels and writing complete sentences for reports and assessments.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and basic payroll tasks, requiring good manual dexterity.
  • Capability to lift over 60 pounds occasionally.
  • A 2-year general degree or at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Occasional use of company vehicles may be required, necessitating a clean driving record for one year or more to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining inventory and supply records using YellowDog software.
  • Support logistics operations, including cooler deliveries, inventory management in beverage carts and employee vending machines, and coordinating shipping and receiving processes.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down Service Bars and provide support for cost analysis.
  • Conduct inventory counting, rotation, and ensure quality control of stock and equipment. Forward relevant reports, requisitions, and invoices to the accounting department.
  • Help keep the beverage warehouse organized and clean. During off-season periods, assist in organizing and cleaning the property warehouse.
  • Support budget management processes and provide input for cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.
