(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Responsible for operating and changing all liquor bottles, wine boxes, soda tanks, and co2 tanks; returning and replacing all empty tanks, kegs, bottles, and boxes by the end of each shift. Responsible for keeping all supplies, including dollies, in their proper storage areas. Must adhere to and monitor the cleaning schedule for Storerooms and Coolers. Responsible for keeping fruit, milk, or any other edibles off the floor in the walk-in coolers and in their proper storage area. Responsible for keeping coolers neatly stocked and rotated. Receive and store all orders from vendors and/or warehouse. Stock and maintain side stations. Work well under minimal supervision Must have a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multi task

Responsibilities
