About The Position

We're looking for someone with real carbonated beverage production experience to join our team and help produce high-quality infused drinks. This is a hands-on, production-floor role working within an established process and team. This is not an R&D role-you'll be executing, supporting production, and helping us maintain consistency and quality at scale.

Requirements

Hands-on experience producing carbonated beverages (required) - brewery, soda, RTD, or similar
Experience working with brite tanks and/or jacketed glycol tanks
Strong working knowledge of CO₂ systems and carbonation
Experience with canning lines even mobile systems count
Ability to follow processes, take direction, and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and consistency

Someone who understands production environments and respects structure and process
Team-oriented-able to take direction and execute reliably
Detail-focused and consistent batch to batch
Comfortable with the physical side of production (cleaning, lifting, long periods on your feet)

Responsibilities

Execute daily beverage production using brite tanks, jacketed glycol tanks, mixing systems and carbonation systems
Handle CO₂ carbonation-following established specs for volumes, pressure, and consistency
Batch and mix infused beverages accurately according to SOPs and formulations
Operate the canning line, including setup, adjustments, and routine troubleshooting
Monitor product quality: taste, carbonation, clarity, and dosing consistency
Perform cleaning and sanitation of tanks, lines, and equipment (CIP experience a plus)
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production protocols
Maintain accurate batch records and production logs
Communicate clearly with the production team and flag issues as they arise
Support continuous improvement efforts led by management
