Beverage Supervisor
About The Position
Want to get your foot in the door with a large multinational organization and build on your management experience? Working as a Beverage Supervisor, you will work in an incredibly fast-paced and changing environment, managing a staff of 10-25 unionized employees. You will be responsible for motivating a team, ensuring the safety and security of the environment and ensuring that food products are up to all federal standards and labor and material costs are in line with company goals. Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to train others
- Innovative drive
- Great communication skills
- At least 2+ years of successfully managing a restaurant, catering business, manufacturing center, or food production center is a must
- The ability to obtain ServSafe Certification is required
- A flexible schedule able to respond to changing shifts is necessary
