About The Position

Overview: The Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper product distribution, and supporting the overall efficiency of our beverage operations during events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or beverage management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Basic math and computer skills for recording and reporting inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track and record all liquor inventory before, during, and after events.
• Issue, receive, and reconcile product transfers between stands and storage areas.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper handling of all alcoholic beverages.
• Monitor product usage and report discrepancies or waste to management.
• Assist with product counts, documentation, and post-event inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stand leads, managers, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely product distribution.
• Support the Beverage and Warehouse teams as needed to maintain smooth event operations by use of Levy’s Inventory Tracking System.
