About The Position

Love the open road and great coffee? Join a team that keeps workplaces supplied with fresh coffee, tea, and everything that makes a breakroom hum. You’ll be the face of Farmer Brothers at each stop—delivering, servicing, selling, and making sure every beverage station is on point. Is this you? Do you take pride in customer service and reliability? Are you organized with invoices, inventory, and collections? Can you spot upsell opportunities and close distribution gaps? Do you enjoy hands-on work with equipment and basic repairs? What you’ll handle Deliver, stock, and rotate coffee/tea and related products on assigned routes. Clean and verify equipment performance; complete at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check). Ensure every stop on the daily set schedule receives the right service at the right time. Surface customer issues immediately to the ASM and follow through for resolution. Own route administration: invoices, inventory accuracy, and payment collections. Lift Revenue per Stop by executing pricing updates, seasonal/LTO promotions, and eliminating distribution voids; maintain beverage station standards. Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities encountered during route relief. Assist the ASM with cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer projects as needed. Learn brewing systems and complete basic adjustments or minor fixes. Use The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell on every call; make opportunistic sales calls when time allows. Pitch in as assigned: warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License required and the ability to pass a DOT physical.
  • Strong, clean driving record.
  • Hands-on aptitude with tools, hardware, and company software.
  • Sharp at identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior route delivery experience (preferred, not required).
  • Customer service background is a plus.
  • Foodservice exposure is helpful.
