People: Responsible for hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, and counseling of all beverage staff. Auditing/inspecting work to ensure standards are met, promoting teamwork and inclusiveness, scheduling, and conducting performance management with staff (reviews, address sub-standard performance). Foster positive relationships with members through active dining engagement, creative programming, and educational events. Product: Maintaining a comprehensive beverage program, including a balanced wine list of worldwide variety, craft cocktails, local beer, and competitive prices and value. Maintains par stocks for all beverage orders. Maintains a strong relationship with all beverage vendors. Profit: Meet revenue and expense budget goals. Monitor/Maintain inventory levels. Develop and implement operating procedures for the beverage department.
