Provides beverage and snack service to guests by performing the following duties. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must possess strong communications skills. Must be of legal age to dispense/serve alcoholic beverages. Provide attention to all guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain beverage cart in a clean and orderly fashion. Ensure that alcoholic beverages remain in locked containers. Verify accuracy of prices, tips and/or other charges on all tickets. Present bills to guests; handle all charges as prescribed by standard operating procedure. Advise management of any complaints as they occur. Comply with all state, local and club laws and policies relating to the service of alcohol, including identification and reporting of guests consuming alcohol not purchased on-premise. Sales of alcoholic beverages only within defined areas of golf courses. Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the Essential Job Functions listed above: Perform pre-and post-shift duties, including taking inventory. Ensure supplies are adequately stocked on the beverage cart at all times. Maintain clean and appropriate uniform/attire at all times. Other duties as assigned in F&B Operations Manual.
