About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of the Golf Course Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, the Beverage Cart and Concession Bartending staff are primarily responsible for serving food and beverages on and off course to our guests.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Food Handlers Certification must be obtained upon hire
  • On Premise Bassett training must be obtained upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Performs food and beverage functions on and off course
  • Responsible for proper payment and day end balance
  • Monitor alcohol consumption for guest safety
  • Checks I.D.’s to establish legal drinking age
  • Relate to the public in a polite and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve food
  • Restock items as needed
  • Assure that equipment is operable and clean each shift
  • Maintain cleanliness utilizing sanitation procedures
  • Complete inventory of product
  • Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.
