For more information about us, visit our website https://www.peacockgapgolfclub.com POSITION SUMMARY: This Beverage Cart Attendant works closely with the bartenders and reports to the Range Café Manager. This position is direct sales of beverages, various snacks and other items deemed saleable to golfers on the course. This position may work as a dining room food server. Duties include direct sales of food and beverages, accurate order taking, delivery of orders, checkout and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Food handler certification within 30 days
- Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certification within 30 days
- Working knowledge of inventory, cash reconciliations and cost of goods.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, especially weekends, up to 4 or 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverage cart for golf course sales
- Accurate recording and fulfillment of customer orders, including special requests.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge and compliance with all alcohol related laws and best practices.
- Knowledgeable regarding common foods, draft & bottled beers and liquors.
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Stocking, inventory, sales, cash handling, unloading, checkout and reconciliation of all items on the beverage cart at the end of the shift.
- Assist in creating social media content

- $16.90 -$17.75 per hour, based on relevant experience to the role, plus tips.
