About The Position

Talent Consultants is on the lookout for an ambitious and results-oriented Beverage Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client in expanding their market presence in the beverage industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the beverage sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our client's brand.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
